Khartoum, July 1, 2026 (SUNA) — Minister of Culture, Information, Antiquities and Tourism Khalid Al-Eisir affirmed that the Sudanese Armed Forces and supporting forces are advancing firmly on all combat fronts. Addressing the 57th informational briefing organized by the Sudan News Agency (SUNA), which hosted the National Committee for Mobilization and Popular Resistance and focused on launching documentation materials on militia violations across the states at the Cultural Centre in Omdurman, Al-Eisir said the Armed Forces are currently operating in the far west of the country, stressing that the national will continues to move forward until every inch of Sudan is liberated. Al-Eisir praised the role of national media in supporting the “Battle of Dignity,” noting that it has contributed to the informational defeat of the militia. He specifically commended SUNA for reflecting the true picture of events, which he said helped strengthen national cohesion. He added, addressing Sudanese national media: “You were at the forefront of those who reflected the full Sudanese scene and confronted paid media campaigns financed by the militia.” The Minister also paid tribute to the Sudanese Armed Forces and supporting forces, and prayed for mercy upon the souls of the martyrs.BH/BH
