Amman, Feb. 18 (Petra) – Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship launched a trial version of the government service centers website to enable citizens to easily access these facilities’ available information and services across the Kingdom’s governorates.
The new e-service will also be used to gather feedback and suggestions for improvement ahead of its official launch.
According to a ministry statement issued Wednesday, the website provides details on the centers’ locations, operating hours, and the government agencies stationed at each facility, as well as the available services, which aims to enhance the user experience and spare time and effort.
