22 Sep (ONA) — Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX 30) index today closed at 5,098.81
points, dropping 11.5 points, or 0.22%, compared to the last trading session’s
close of 5,110.26 points.
The
trading value reached RO 31,360,632, increasing by 41.2% compared to the last
session’s value of RO 22,216,913.
MSX
report indicated that the market value went down by 0.132% from the last
trading day, reaching approximately RO 30.08 billion.
The
value of shares purchased by non-Omani investors reached RO 3,457,000,
constituting 11.02% of the total, while the value of their sales amounted to RO
3,059,000, or 9.75%. Consequently, the net investment by non-Omanis increased
by RO 398,000, or 1.27%.
