7 Oct (ONA) — Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index today closed at 5181.38
points, marking a drop of 3 points or 0.06% from the previous session’s close
of 5184.72 points.
Trading
value reached RO 45,051,702 reflecting a 16.2% increase compared to the last
session’s RO 38,781,123.
The
MSX report indicated that market value saw a drop of (0.069%), settling at
approximately RO 30.46 billion.
Non-Omani
investors recorded purchases worth RO 2,836,000 (6.29%) of total trading
volume, while sales by foreign investors reached RO 2,391,000 (5.31%). Net
foreign investment increased by RO 445,000 (0.99%).
