10 Sep (ONA) — Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX 30) index today closed at 5,089.01
points, dropping 16.2 points, or 0.32%, compared to the last trading session’s
close of 5,072.81 points.
The
trading value reached RO 18,870,685, increasing by 16% compared to the last
session’s value of RO 16,270,135.
MSX
report indicated that the market value went up by 0.374% from the last trading
day, reaching approximately RO 29.97 billion.
The
value of shares purchased by non-Omani investors reached RO 2,626,000,
constituting 13.91% of the total, while the value of their sales amounted to RO
2,361,000, or 12.51%. Consequently, the net investment by non-Omanis increased
by RO 265,000, or 1.40%.
