Muscat, 5 Aug (ONA) — Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX)
30 Index today closed at 4,817.01 points, marking a rise of 17.1 points (0.36%)
from the previous session’s close of 4,799.87 points.
Trading value reached RO 23,483,011, reflecting a 32.1%
decline compared to the last session’s RO 34,559,970.
The MSX report indicated that market value saw an
increase of 0.465%, settling at approximately RO 29.31 billion.
Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 1,022,000
(4.35%) of total trading volume, while sales by foreign investors reached RO 1,211,000
(5.16%). Net foreign investment declined by RO 189,000 (0.80%).
