MSX Gains 4 Points

25 Jan 2026 (ONA) — Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) main index closed higher
today, gaining 0.07 percent.
The
MSX 30 Index concluded the trading session at 6,195.49 points, registering a rise
of 4.4 points from the previous close of 6,191.05 points.
Total
trading turnover reached RO 34,800,528, reflecting a rise of 9.1 percent
compared to the previous session’s value of RO 31,896,550.
MSX
market report noted that the overall market capitalization went down by 0.195
percent from the last trading day to approximately RO 33.18 billion.
The
trading activity of non-Omani investors saw purchases worth RO 3,342,000,
representing 9.60 percent of the total market activity. Their sales amounted to
RO 4,399,000, accounting for 12.64 percent. This resulted in a net investment
inflow of RO 1,057,000 from non-Omani investors, marking a drop of 3.04
percent.
