31 Dec 2025 (ONA) — Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) main index closed higher
today, increasing by 0.11 percent.
The
MSX 30 Index concluded the trading session at 5,866.80 points, registering a rise
of 6.4 points from the previous close of 5,860.38 points.
Total
trading turnover reached RO 32,744,811, reflecting a drop of 6.9 percent
compared to the previous session’s value of RO 35,175,482.
MSX
market report noted that the overall market capitalization went up by 0.069 percent
from the last trading day to approximately RO 32.01 billion.
The
trading activity of non-Omani investors saw purchases worth RO 3,195,000,
representing 9.76 percent of the total market activity. Their sales amounted to
RO 3,387,000, accounting for 10.34 percent. This resulted in a net investment
inflow of RO 192,000 from non-Omani investors, marking a decrease of 0.59
percent.
