NCSI Conducts Surveys About Consumer Confidence, Satisfaction With Government Services

Muscat, 22 Sep
(ONA) — The National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) is
conducting two surveys: The first deals with consumer confidence and the second
measures beneficiaries’ satisfaction with government services.

The Consumer
Confidence Survey, which began on 15 September 2025 and will continue until 3 October
2025, addresses Omani citizens aged 18 years and above. Not less than 1,500
citizens from different governorates of the Sultanate of Oman are taking part
in this survey, which maintains a balance between males and females.

The second survey,
which measures beneficiaries’ satisfaction with government services, runs
from 10 September 2025 to 30 November 2025. The survey, aimed to assess the level of
satisfaction of individuals, private sector establishments and government departments,
seeks to upgrade the standards of service quality in response to the needs and
aspirations of society.
