Participates in the Egyptian-Gulf Trade, Investment Forum

Muscat,
9 Nov (ONA) — The Sultanate of Oman will participate tomorrow in the
“Egyptian-Gulf Trade and Investment Forum” in Cairo, to strengthen
economic ties and open new horizons for joint investments, thereby supporting
sustainable development pathways.

The
Omani delegation will be headed by Ibtisam Ahmed Al Farouji, Undersecretary of
the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion for Investment
Promotion. The forum will be attended by a number of ministers,
decision-makers, and officials from the GCC States and the Arab Republic of
Egypt.

The
forum includes extensive discussions on developmental projects and future
investment opportunities, along with direct meetings between the public and
private sectors and B2B meetings that contribute to enhancing cooperation and
developing joint opportunities.

The
Sultanate of Oman seeks to expand its presence in regional and international
economic events, due to their contribution to enhancing communication within
the business community, highlighting promising investment opportunities,
exchanging successful experiences, and building partnerships that support
economic growth and achieve Gulf and Arab trade and investment integration.
