Oman Participates in World Travel
Market Expo in London

London, 2 Nov (ONA) – The Sultanate
of Oman will take part in the World Travel Market London. The three-day
event will be held in London from 4 to 6 November 2025.

Through its participation in the World Travel
Market (WMT), London, the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism affirms its keenness to enhance the Sultanate of
Oman’s status as an attractive tourist destination.

The event provides an opportunity to
promote Oman’s tourism assets that combine pristine nature, rich heritage, unique
culture and diverse tourism styles that attract the attention of tourism
markets. Oman’s pavilion features
inputs from partners of the tourism sector and leading companies and establishments, including OMRAN Group,
Oman Air, Oman Airports, Oman Across Ages Museum, the National Museum and the
Royal Opera House. This is in addition to 29 tourism institutions ranging from
hotel establishments to travel and tourism companies and offices.

Oman’s presence at World Travel
Market London opens up vistas for establishing partnerships with global travel
and tourism institutions, attract quality investments, develop new projects to
enhance the competitiveness of the country’s tourism sector and raise its contribution to
the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

During the days of the WMT, the
Ministry will introduce new initiatives and projects in the fields of cultural
tourism, adventure tourism and ecotourism. The aim is to provide a
comprehensive view about the Sultanate of Oman’s tourism experience and its diversity.The WMT will see the participation
of 185 countries and attract about 50,000 visitors.
