
Oman’s Oil Exports Exceed 100 Million Barrels till April 2025
Muscat,
16 Jun (ONA) —- The total oil exports recorded a drop of 3.4%, reaching
100,032,400 barrels by the end of April 2025, compared to 103,549,100 barrels
during the same period in 2024 in the Sultanate of Oman, according to the data
issued by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI).
This
decline is accompanied by a decrease in the average oil price, which dropped by
5.2% to USD 75.9 per barrel until the end of April 2025, down from USD 80.0 per
barrel a year earlier.
Average
daily oil production also saw a slight decrease of 1%, standing at 986,700
barrels per day, compared to 997,100 barrels per day in 2024. Overall oil
production declined by 1.9%, totalling 118,402,400 barrels by the end of April
2025, compared to 120,651,200 barrels during the same period last year.
