Amman, Nov. 11 (Petra) – The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced on Tuesday the launch of a portal for Jordanian students studying abroad.

In a statement Tuesday, the ministry said the portal comes as part of its efforts to develop and automate its services, facilitate procedures for scholarship students and their families, and aligns with the Kingdom’s public sector development plan.

This portal provides a “full’ e-service for applying for annual financial allowances for scholarship students at all stages.

The ministry urges all beneficiary students to access the link below to review the service guidelines, create account and complete the application for annual financial allowances: https://jordcultexc.mohe.gov.jo/Login.aspx

Announcing online applications will only be accepted, the ministry affirmed financial allocations will only be disbursed through this portal at the end of the current academic year 2025-2026.
