Moscow, Nov. 21 (Petra)– Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday that Moscow has received the U.S. proposal consisting of 28 points regarding a potential settlement in Ukraine, noting that the document was revised following the Alaska meeting between the two sides.
Putin explained that the plan, in its current form, could serve as an initial foundation for continuing efforts toward a political resolution provided Kyiv shows genuine readiness for dialogue. He stressed that Russia’s position will remain anchored in protecting its strategic interests and ensuring its national security.
