Amman, August 26 (Petra) Authorities received a call on Tuesday evening regarding a shooting incident in the Abu Nuseir area, north of Amman, where a man and his son were killed.
A spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) reported that a man opened fire on a family targeting a man, his wife and their son. The father and son were killed, while the wife sustained critical injuries.
The spokesperson confirmed that the suspect was quickly identified as a relative of the victims. He later turned himself in to authorities, and the firearm used in the crime was confiscated. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
