Minister Receives Secretary General of ITF
Muscat,
16 Apr (ONA) — Eng. Said Hamoud Al Maawali, Minister of Transport,
Communications and Information Technology received in his office today Stephen
Cotton, Secretary General of the International Transport Workers’ Federation.
During
the meeting, both sides reviewed areas of cooperation in the fields of
transport and logistics. They also highlighted the efforts exerted by the
Sultanate of Oman in maritime fields and its implementation of maritime action
agreements.
The
meeting was attended by Eng. Khamis Mohammed Al Shammakhi, Undersecretary of
the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology for
Transport and several officials and specialists from both sides.
