Khartoum, 11 Jan 2026 (SUNA) – Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and Chair of the Higher Committee for Preparing the Environment for the Return to Khartoum State, Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Jabir, commended the steadfastness of the staff at the Sudan Radio and Television Corporation and Blue Nile TV, praising their adherence to the national principles and their role in reassuring the Sudanese people while supporting the Armed Forces and allied units in the “Battle of Dignity.”During his inspection today of the radio and television buildings, Blue Nile TV, and the Broadcasting Corporation in Omdurman, Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Jabir highlighted the pioneering role of the national media in exposing war conspiracies and countering attempts by the rebel Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia and mercenary media outlets to distort facts.Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Jabir affirmed his full support for all plans and projects related to the rehabilitation and maintenance of the radio and television buildings, as well as Blue Nile TV, and for providing the necessary equipment to enable these institutions to continue enriching the history and heritage of the Sudanese nation, fostering national unity, and presenting the literary and cultural output of the Sudanese people.BH/BH
