According to the Spanish expert, this U.S. reaffirmation should serve as “a strong signal” to those parties who remain entrenched in their positions instead of favoring dialogue.
Highlighting the preeminence of Morocco’s autonomy initiative as a solution to this artificial regional conflict, Altamirano emphasized that it represents “a visionary initiative.”
Furthermore, he underscored the socio-economic development of the southern provinces and the many investment opportunities they offer.
