Amman, Nov. 6 (Petra) – The Bachelor of Nursing program at the University of Jordan (UJ) has received a national four-year accreditation after meeting the requirements and standards set by the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions (AQACHEI).
In a statement issued Thursday, the university said the milestone reflects the School of Nursing’s progress in developing its curriculum, clinical training, and research system, in line with national and international quality standards, which would ensure learning outcomes that meet the healthcare sector’s needs.
The university stated the accreditation aligns with its ongoing efforts to enhance “quality of academic programs and better” prepare students for the labor market, adding that improving the educational and training environment is a key pillar of its strategy.
