Gaza Strip, May 10 (Petra) — Twenty-three dead bodies and 124 injured people arrived in hospitals in the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours in the the ongoing Israeli aggression, the Gaza Health Ministry said on Saturday.
That raised the death toll from the war, which began on October 7, 2023, to 52,810 and the total number of injured people climbed to 119,473, it said in the latest update of casualty figures.
Among these were 2,702 fatalities and 7,432 injuries since Israel ended a ceasefire on March 18, it said, adding that many victims remained under the rubble of bombed out buildings.
