
Gold Hits Over One-month LowSingapore, 15 May (ONA) —- Gold prices today fell to a record low of over one month, ahead of an important US report that is expected to provide clues about the Federal Reserve’s policy direction.
Gold spot fell by 0.8%, to $3,153.09 per ounce. It had earlier reached its lowest price since 10 April 2025 during the session.
US Gold Futures fell 1% to $3156.90.
Spot silver fell 0.7% to $11.98 per ounce. Platinum rose 0.5% at $980.35, while palladium increased 0.1% to $951.90.—- Ends/Khalid
