16 Jun (ONA) — Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index closed today’s trading
session at 4,535.16 points, marking an increase of 31.4 points (0.70%) compared
to the previous session’s close of 4,503.74 points.
Trading
value rose to RO 11,719,893, representing a 40.9% increase from the previous
session’s RO 8,315,543.
The market report issued by the MSX indicated that
market capitalization increased by 0.570% from the last trading day, reaching
approximately RO 28.13 billion.
Non-Omani
investors recorded purchases worth RO 581,000, accounting for 4.95% of total
trading, while their sales amounted to RO 569,000, representing 4.86%. Net
foreign investment showed an increase of RO 11,000, or 0.09%.
