Oman Post Maintains Lead in EMS Gold

Dubai, 11 Sep (ONA) — Oman Post
has won the Gold Category Award of Express Mail Service (EMS) for the third year
in a row. It also maintained second
place in the Customer Care category among members of the Universal
Postal Union (UPU).

The awards, based on performance
results for the year 2024, were announced during the extraordinary general
assembly of the EMS Cooperative, held in Dubai,
United Arab Emirates.

EMS offers a fast postal
solution that complies with the best international standards, making it
possible for letters and parcels to be sent abroad and delivered to end-users within
3 to 10 days.

Backed by the world’s largest
last-mile coverage network, Oman Post serves customers in more than 190
countries worldwide, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient delivery of
letters and parcels.

EMS Performance Awards are distributed
annually to honour outstanding postal operators for their performance in
international express mail service. It is a service provided by postal
companies to UPU members within a network connecting 175 countries worldwide.
