The
inauguration ceremony was held under the auspices of Eng. Ibrahim Said Al Kharousi,

The
exhibition features a diverse collection of stamps, ranging from rare stamps
issued in the 1960s that documented Oman’s first oil exports to the latest
issues celebrating the blessed renaissance and the renewed renaissance era in
education, health, environment, and diplomatic relations under the wise
leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik. The latest commemorative
issue for 2025 is also on display, celebrating the 280th anniversary of the Al
Busaid dynasty’s rule, which continues to this day.

The
exhibition also traces postal issues that documented important stages in the
transportation sector and celebrates Islamic religious rituals and occasions.
