Agreement Inked to Establish Oman-Saudi Company Named “G7”Muscat, 1 Oct (ONA) — The Omani-Saudi Business Forum, held today at Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre, reviewed the available potentials and investment opportunities to enhance economic cooperation between the two countries.The forum is part of the activities of the Omani-Saudi Franchise Exhibition, organized by Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) in cooperation with the Federation of Saudi Chambers.The forum featured several visual presentations from the Omani side, covering the services and programs provided by the OCCI to support the business community, the key advantages and incentives offered by the “Invest Oman” platform for investors, the most promising investment opportunities in vital sectors presented by Oman Investment Authority, in addition to highlighting the integrated infrastructure and support services for attracting industrial investments in the industrial cities affiliated to the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates “Madayn.”Meanwhile, the Saudi side presented several displays on the investment environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia amidst the ongoing economic and regulatory developments, and the opportunities offered by “Saudi Vision 2030” across various sectors.The forum included a dialogue session titled “The Reality and Prospects of Economic Integration and Cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” with the participation of some officials, business owners, and specialists. The session discussed opportunities for bilateral partnerships, industrial integration, and enhancing trade and investment exchange between the two sides.On the sidelines of the forum, bilateral meetings were held between business owners from both sides in a bid to open direct channels for striking deals and establishing new strategic partnerships.The forum also featured the signing of an agreement to establish an Omani-Saudi company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the name “G7,” managed by the Serapis Entertainment Group.
