Omani-Bahraini Photographic Art Exhibition
Opens in Muscat

Muscat, 25 Nov 2025 (ONA) — The
Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth today opened a two-day Omani-Bahraini Photographic
Art Exhibition.

The ceremony was held under
the auspices of Sayyid Said bin Sultan Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the
Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth for Culture.

The exhibition showcased the works
of four Omani photographers and four Bahraini counterparts.

The Sultanate of Oman was represented
by Ghania Salim Al Majrafi, Musa Salim Al Hajri, Aiman Qasim Al Balushi and
Majid Obaid Al Amri. The Kingdom of Bahrain was represented by Sawsan Tahir,
Hussein Fardan, Mahdi Al Jalawi and Mohammed Al Hajr.

The exhibition, held at the Omani Society for Arts in Muscat Governorate, aims to
highlight the innovative potential of Omani and Bahraini artists in the field of
photography.

The exhibition also seeks to share
the experiences of photographers and portray the culture of the two countries
through a ‘Third Eye’ perception focusing on aesthetic, civilizational and
cultural features conveyed through the photographers’ lens.

The exhibition contributes to efforts
to symbolize the depth of relations between the two countries.

The opening ceremony was held under
the auspices of Dr. Juma bin Ahmed Al Kaabi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of
Bahrain to the Sultanate of Oman, people interested in photographic art,
talents and enthusiasts.
