Amman, March 9 (Petra) — Minister of Agriculture Saeb Khreisat met on Monday with Canadian Ambassador Louis-Martin Aumais to discuss ways to advance bilateral cooperation.
Khreisat underscored the deep and long-standing ties between the two countries and stressed the need to strengthen joint cooperation, particularly in the agricultural sector, in a manner that supports partnership and the exchange of expertise, the ministry said in a statement.
For his part, the Canadian envoy reaffirmed his country’s commitment to enhancing cooperation with Jordan and expanding potential partnerships across areas of mutual interest.
