Cairo, March 9 (Petra) — The Jordanian Embassy in Cairo announced that the Cultural Attaché Office will be relocated from its current location to the embassy headquarters at 6 Bassem Al-Kateb Street, off Tahrir Street, in the Dokki district, where it will begin operations starting April 1.
The embassy said the move comes as part of efforts to facilitate services for Jordanian students studying in Egyptian schools and universities at various educational and academic levels and to ensure that consular and cultural services are provided in one location.
It emphasized that Jordanian students studying in Egypt receive the closest attention from the Cultural Attaché Office staff and the consular section of the embassy. They perform their duties in full coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kingdom and in follow-up with the Department of International Students at the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education. The embassy said this coordination is conducted in accordance with the instructions issued by the relevant authorities in Jordan and Egypt, the regulations applied in Egyptian universities, and the cultural agreement signed between the two countries.
In its announcement published on its social media platforms, the embassy provided contact numbers for those wishing to make inquiries or report any issues, including the consular section number (0221220700), a number available after official working hours (0221220729), and the hotline for the cultural office (01270075053).
