Moscow, March 29 (QNA) – The Russian Ministry of Defense announced Sunday that its air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 203 Ukrainian drones overnight over various regions.
In a statement, the ministry said that the air defense systems destroyed 203 Ukrainian drones over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Leningrad, Novgorod, Oryol, Penza, Pskov, Rostov, Samara, Saratov, Smolensk, Tver, and Tula regions, as well as the Moscow region, Krasnodar Krai, Crimea, and the Black Sea.
Russia and Ukraine have been exchanging almost daily reports since the start of their conflict on Feb. 24, 2022, claiming advances or repelling attacks by the other side. These reports have not been independently verified due to the ongoing war. (QNA)
