Islamabad, April 13 (QNA) – Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif his Japanese counterpart, Sanae Takaichi discussed, in a telephone call today, the latest regional developments and the recent Pakistan- mediated talks between Iran and US.
During the call, Sharif affirmed that Pakistan will continue its efforts to ensure the maintenance of the ceasefire in the Middle East.
For her part, the Japanese Prime Minister reiterated her country’s full support for the peace process and its importance to regional stability and global energy security. (QNA)
