California, June 23 (Petra) His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al
Hussein bin Abdullah II, accompanied by Her Royal Highness Princess
Rajwa Al Hussein, visited on Monday Replit, an AI software creation
company in Silicon Valley, California, according to a royal court
statement.

During a conversation with Replit’s founder and CEO, Jordanian
entrepreneur Amjad Masad, the Crown Prince expressed his pride in
Jordanian talent, which has proven capable of competing at the global
level, noting the importance of harnessing drive and determination to
capitalise on available opportunities and tools to maximise impact.

His Royal Highness praised the productive collaboration between the
National Council for Future Technology and Replit, a cloud-based
software development platform and AI-powered coding assistant, which
has resulted in the launch of the ‘Siraj’ project, an AI-powered
Arabic-language learning assistant serving 1.3 million users across
some 5,800 schools.

Discussions also covered the potential of expanding cooperation on AI
initiatives in the fields of education and skills development, as
well as hosting programming competitions to drive innovation and
accelerate development in priority sectors in Jordan, such as water
and energy.
