Amman, July 1 (Petra)– Minister of Youth, Raed Al-Adwan, met with
Chinese Ambassador to Jordan Guo Wei on Wednesday to discuss ways to
strengthen bilateral cooperation in the youth sector.
During the meeting, held at the Ministry of Youth headquarters,
Al-Adwan highlighted the strong ties between Jordan and China and
reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to enhancing cooperation and
exchanging expertise in youth development.
He also outlined the ministry’s plans and programs aimed at
empowering Jordanian youth and increasing their participation in
public life.
For his part, Ambassador Guo underscored the deep-rooted relations
between Jordan and China across political and economic fields. He
expressed hope for launching youth exchange programs between the two
countries to promote the sharing of knowledge, experience, and
cultural understanding among Jordanian and Chinese youth.
The meeting was attended by Naif Abu Rumman, Director of Al-Hassan
Youth City, along with members of the accompanying delegation from
the Chinese Embassy in Amman.
