According to Ukraine’s Ukrinform news agency, Russian forces struck the northeastern Sumy region with guided aerial bombs, killing three people, including two children, and causing extensive damage to residential buildings and critical infrastructure. In the southern Mykolaiv region, a woman was killed and seven others wounded in a separate Russian attack that also damaged several residential buildings.
