Kuwait, August 25 (QNA) – Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Tuesday as the All Share Index gained 1.49 points to reach 8,901.90 points, an increase of 0.02 percent.
As many as 393.3 million shares valued at KWD 106.8 million (roughly USD 345.9 million) were traded via 29,181 transactions.
The Main Market Index went down by 4.12 points to reach 9,101.33 points, down by 0.05 percent, through 233.9 million shares done via 17,281 transactions valued at KWD 44.7 million (roughly USD 144.8 million).
The Premier Market Index gained 2.76 points to reach 9,321.47 points, up by 0.03 percent, through 159.4 million shares done via 11,900 transactions valued at KWD 62 million (roughly USD 200.8 million).
Meanwhile, the Bourse Main 50 Index gained 65.47 points to reach 10,773.79 points, up by 0.61 percent, through stock volume of 132.9 million shares done in 9,086 deals at a value of KWD 28.6 million (roughly USD 92.6 million). (QNA)
