Zain Jordan, LOYAC renew agreement for second training program

Amman, Oct. 5 (Petra) — Zain Jordan and the LOYAC Foundation renewed
their cooperation agreement to launch the second edition of the
“Mustaqbalak Zain” (Your Future Is Zain) practical training program.

In a press release on Monday, Zain said the program is part of its
efforts to invest in young national talent through providing hands-on
experience and specialized knowledge that develop participants’
skills and prepare them to enter and compete in the job market.

It said the employment rate among graduates of the first edition
reached 97.2 percent.

The program offers 30 training opportunities in two phases, covering
theoretical and practical training. Participants attend sessions on
labor market requirements and trends, and on life and professional
skills, including time management and handling pressure, as well as
artificial intelligence applications and uses. It also includes 16
volunteer hours under LOYAC’s “Volunteering Is My Happiness”
initiative.

The program targets university students and recent graduates in
science, technology, engineering and mathematics, including students
with disabilities.

It offers them the skills and experience to start their careers and
enter the job market.

The program also gives participants space to develop their personal
and professional skills, gain a closer understanding of workplace
requirements, and acquire experience to handle professional
challenges and prepare for the next stage of their working lives.
