New York, October 05 (QNA) – Oil prices dropped by nearly USD 2 at settlement today, driven by rising Middle East crude exports and a G7 pledge to boost market supplies.
Brent crude fell USD 1.93 (1.89 percent) to settle at USD 100.32 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) slipped USD 1.68 (1.84 percent) to finish at USD 89.43 a barrel. (QNA)
