Khartoum (SUNA) – Strategic expert Professor Mohamed Hussein Abu Saleh said the Hope Strategic Forum had endorsed the five-year strategic plan for the Hope Government for 2027–2031. In a press statement following the conclusion of the forum, held in Khartoum from October 9 to 11, Abu Saleh explained that the participation of his strategic team was intended to provide technical support to the National Council for Strategic Planning. He said the efforts undertaken by the relevant institutions over the past period had culminated in the completion of the five-year strategic plan, which was discussed and approved during the forum. He noted that the plan had been developed under exceptional and delicate circumstances, making it different from previous plans. Professor Abu Saleh added that the strategic plan comprised 35 integrated systems of projects. He explained that the forum had also endorsed the development of the National Council for Strategic Planning and the establishment of a Supreme National Authority for Digital Monitoring as effective mechanisms for tracking implementation of the five-year strategy.BH/BH
