Oman Embassy in Türkiye Participates
in World Cultures Festival
Ankara, 11 October 2026 (ONA) — The
Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in the Republic of Türkiye today took part in
the 4th edition of the “World Cultures Festival” in Ankara.
The embassy’s pavilion at the
festival served as a comprehensive cultural and tourism platform that showcased
the Sultanate of Oman’s cultural legacies and civilization.
The Omani pavilion attracted a large
turnout of visitors to the festival’s venue, as it featured a display of
products reflecting the originality of Omani identity and the country’s diverse
heritage. The pavilion highlighted Omani values of generosity and hospitality,
notably by offering visitors a selection of traditional Omani dishes, sweets (halwa),
coffee and dates.
The pavilion’s activities also fostered
lively interaction with the audience through the engagement of members of the
diplomatic mission, their families and Omani students studying in Ankara.
