Davos, Jan. 20, 2023, SPA — Minister of Communications and IT of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al-Swaha discussed here with the British Secretary of State for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy Grant Shapps, the expansion of the strategic partnership between the two countries in science, technology, and space, it was reported today.
Eng. Al-Swaha also discussed with Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, the Indian Federal Minister for Railways, Communications, Electronics & IT, strengthening the strategic partnership in the areas of technology, innovation and digital entrepreneurship.
The meeting touched on the files of the digital economy in G20 for 2023.
The two meetings, which took place yesterday, were attended by Dr. Mohammed Al-Tamimi, the Saudi Governor of Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST).
The meetings were held on the sidelines of the annual meeting of Davos World Economic Forum 2023.
