Amman, April 1 (Petra) – The Agricultural Credit Corporation (ACC) announced 1,464 farmers have benefited from its services since the implementation of its new automated system at the beginning of 2026, with a total loan value of JD7 million.
In a statement issued Wednesday, the corporation anticipated that more than 10,000 farmers would benefit from its services.
The ACC noted the new system offers “efficiency and adequacy” by ensuring fairness in service provision, transparency, flexibility, and streamlined procedures for making transactions.
The system also removes any obstacles and facilitates connectivity among Jordan’s relevant institutions and departments.
On its impact, the corporation affirmed this step has “positively affected quality” of services provided to clients by expediting procedures, reducing waiting times, and lowering their financial costs.
Additionally, this system represents the first step to launch the ACC’s e-services, which enables citizens to access services without needing to visit the corporation in person, in line with the Economic Modernization Vision and the public sector development plan.
