Salt, July 15 (Petra) – The overall pass rate of the 2025 spring session of the Shamel exam, the annual comprehensive final exam for community college students, reached 61.1%, Al Balqa Applied University President Ahmed Ajlouni announced on Tuesday.
Ajlouni, who is also head of the higher committee of the exam, said the current year’s pass rate is similar to the overall average in previous sessions.
In a press conference, he noted a total of 7,056 students sat for the exam with one or more papers, of whom 4,310 passed, held across 51 university and intermediate colleges in 107 academic and applied specializations.
Ajlouni added that 16 students were absent from all exam papers and 30 violations were detected.
