7 Palestinians Martyred as Israeli Forces Target Aid Seekers in Gaza Gaza, 22 Jul (ONA) — Seven Palestinians were martyred and several others were injured today after Israeli occupation forces targeted Palestinians awaiting humanitarian aid near the Netzarim corridor, south of Gaza City.
The deadly incident follows a similar attack overnight, in which 11 aid-seekers were martyred in the same area, raising serious concerns about the escalating danger facing starving civilians across Gaza, where aid distribution points have increasingly turned into death traps.
Health officials report that the death toll of those martyred while seeking food has now exceeded 1,021, with more than 6,511 injured. — Ends/AH
