Amman, July 1 (Petra) – Minister of State for Public Sector Development Khair Abu Seileek met on Tuesday with Fayez Al-Rabi’a, president of the Jordanian Administrative Leadership Association, along with several members of the association, to discuss key aspects of Jordan’s administrative modernization roadmap and mechanisms for its implementation.

Abu Seileek outlined the government’s ongoing efforts within the executive program of the modernization roadmap, which is beginning to yield results across seven reform pillars: government services, processes and digitization, organizational structure, governance, policymaking and decision-making, human resources, legislation, and institutional culture. These pillars, he said, are being addressed within defined timelines.

He emphasized the government’s strategy to automate 80 percent of public services by the end of 2025, alongside legislative reforms aimed at enhancing transparency and efficiency in government performance.

Among the key achievements presented were the launch and operation of 9 integrated government service centers, with a target of 15 centers to be completed by the end of 2025.

Abu Seileek stressed the importance of collaboration between the government and the Jordanian Administrative Leadership Association, noting that partnership is vital to advancing development and administrative reform.

For his part, Al-Rabi’a introduced the association, its objectives, activities, and conferences, most recently the fifth annual conference titled “Spotlight on the Public Sector Development Plan.”

He affirmed the association’s readiness to offer expertise and advisory support to the government, describing it as a professional hub comprising former leaders from the public, private, and military sectors.
