Caracas, March 20 (QNA) – Acting President of Venezuela Delcy Rodrguez announced today the replacement of the army’s top leadership following the dismissal of Vladimir Padrino from his position as Minister of Defense.
Rodrguez stated in press remarks said that she had decided to appoint a new military leadership that will work alongside Gustavo Gonzalez Lopez, who has been appointed as the new Minister of Defense. She noted that this step comes as part of a broader restructuring of the military. (QNA)
