Doha, April 2 (QNA) – Al Arabi and Police qualified for the final of the Qatar Volleyball Cup for men (2025-2026 season) after defeating Al Rayyan and Al Wakrah respectively in the semi-final matches held Thursday at the Qatar Volleyball Association hall.
The two teams will meet next Sunday in the final at the same venue to determine the champion.
In the first match, Al Arabi secured a valuable victory over Al Rayyan with a score of 3-0 (25-22, 25-21, 25-20).
In the second match, Police defeated Al Wakrah 3-2, with scores of (22-25), (25-21), (18-25), (25-14), and (15-11).
Police had previously finished third in the Qatar Volleyball League after defeating Al Wakrah (second place) in straight sets.
The Qatar Cup features the top four teams from the General Volleyball League: Al Arabi, Al Wakrah, Police, and Al Rayyan, respectively. (QNA)
