Amman, Aug. 5 (Petra) – Amman Vision for Treatment and Recycling is
closely monitoring the performance of contractors responsible for
waste collection and transport across Amman and referring
observations to the authorities to ensure prompt action.
The company’s CEO Amjad Anasweh said on Wednesday that the company is
committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and
sustainability in Amman.
He urged Jordanians to submit complaints or observations through the
company’s hotline at 0798600860 or its online complaints platform to
facilitate swift follow-up and resolution.
Anasweh called on the public to avoid posting photos or videos that
lack sufficient information for field teams to identify and address
reported issues, urging the use of official reporting channels to
help preserve Amman’s cleanliness and improve service delivery.
