Amman, Jan. 16 (Petra) – The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) index recorded a 0.47 percent rise, closing at 2,625 points at the end of Thursday’s trading session.
The day saw the exchange of 2.8 million shares across 2,751 contracts, generating a turnover of JD5.9 million.
Out of the listed companies, the share prices of 46 firms increased, while 29 companies saw a decline, and another 29 remained unchanged.
