Amman, Jan. 21 (Petra) — Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) turnover on Wednesday was at JD8.5 million, with 4.6 million shares exchanged through 2,946 transactions.
The ASE general price index closed at 3,560 points, down 0.34%.
Trading saw the financial sector index dropping 0.52%, industry 0.36% down, while services shares rose 0.12%.
Of the 106 companies on the index, 26 posted gains and 41 declined, compared with previous closes.
