Amman, Jan. 4 (Petra)– Trading activity at the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) on Sunday totaled JOD 7.9 million, with 3.9 million shares traded through 2,991 transactions.
The ASE general index closed at 3,598 points, down 0.38 percent, against the previous session.
The services sector index declined 0.57% and the financial sector fell by a slight margin of 0.47%, while the industrial sector index rose 0.33%.
Of the 103 companies traded, share prices of 38 firms posted gains, while shares of 38 others declined.
