Amman, Dec. 10 (Petra) – The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) recorded a turnover of JD9.5 million on Wednesday, with 4.6 million shares traded through 3440 transactions.
The general share price index closed at 3425 points, reflecting a decline of 0.07%, against the previous session.
Indices of the industrial and services sectors increased by 0.44% and 0.26%, respectively, while the financial index fell by 0.32%.
Out of 102 companies whose shares were traded today, 37 posted gains in their stock prices, while 29 recorded declines.
